- Upload only photos you own or have permission to use
- Avoid harmful or copyrighted content

4. Image Ownership and Copyright
You remain the owner of your uploaded photos. Snap2Sketch owns its website, tools, design and AI systems.
- You grant Snap2Sketch a limited licence to process, store and print your photos only to complete your order
- You receive a personal use licence for all generated artwork
- Commercial use requires written permission
- We do not use identifiable images for AI training without your written consent
5. AI Processing
AI results depend on the quality of the photo you upload. AI transformations may stylise or simplify features and results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing previews before placing an order.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments cover digital and printed products. Personalised items follow the rules below:
- Digital products are final and non refundable
- Printed items may be replaced if damaged or faulty
- Proof of damage is required for replacements
- No refunds for change of mind
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
7. Production and Delivery
Production begins after successful payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to couriers, customs or printing partners. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect only what is needed to process orders and run the Service. Your information is stored securely.

- Data shared only with printers, couriers, payment providers and hosting partners
9. Uploaded Images

12. Limitation of Liability
